Terms & Conditions

Your credit card will be charged the full amount of the tour cost at the time you place your order. Upon authorization of your credit card payment, you will receive a confirmation number which will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your booking.  All tours require a minimum of 4 passengers to operate.  Any tour that does not have at least 4 passengers total may be subject to change, modification, or cancellation.  In the event of a cancellation due to not enough passengers, a full refund will be given.

Reservations must be reconfirmed 24 hours in advance of the applicable tour by calling our reservation center at 702-826-9836.  Reservationists are available from 7am-9pm Pacific Time, 7 days a week.  Any reservation that is not re-confirmed is subject to either cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy
Any tour that is cancelled by the guest within 48 hours of the scheduled tour departure is non-refundable and shall be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Any tour that is cancelled outside of 48 hours from the scheduled departure time is fully refundable or changeable. Any change in tour dates is subject to availability.

Passenger Identification
All passengers over the age of 18 must present a valid photo ID at time of check-in to board the helicopter.

Any guest no-shows on the schedule tour date are non-refundable and will result in a 100% no-show fee.

Passenger Weights
Passengers exceeding 260 lbs. / 117 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. All passengers will be required to step on scales for weight verification and will be assigned seats on the helicopter accordingly. We will do our best to place family and friends together, but we cannot guarantee it as ultimate seating is based on the aircraft weight & balance for that particular flight. Any passenger weight listed at time of tour booking that is not correct may be subject to either an additional fee or removed from the aircraft.

Refund Policy
In the event American Spirit Tours, LLC is not able to conduct a full tour due to circumstances beyond the control of American Spirit, we will make every attempt to re-schedule the tour. If we are not able to reschedule your tour with another comparable tour, you will receive a full refund on the cost of the tour.

All rates listed are in US currency and subject to change without notice. American Spirit Tours, LLC is not responsible for currency changes or fluctuations. Prices listed are in U.S. dollar and are subject to change without notice. Prices and itineraries are subject to change without notice.

Any child 11 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at least 18 years of age or older. Any child over the age of 2 is required by Federal Law to occupy their own seat, which must be purchased at the standard rate.

Pre-existing Condition
Any passenger that arrives for a flight and is not suitable to board the helicopter due to health conditions, intoxication, under the influence of controlled substances or other reasons may be removed from the passenger manifest and not allowed on the aircraft. Any passenger removed from or not allowed on an aircraft will not receive a refund on the cost of the tour.

Passengers voluntarily and expressly assume all risks associated with travel at booking and confirmation of reservation.  American Spirit Tours, LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation in which a typographical error on the website or marketing literature resulted in an error in either pricing or availability of a tour during the booking process. In such instance the traveler will receive a full refund. Additionally, booking of a tour constitutes that all passengers have read, understand, and agree to the Terms & Conditions contained herein.
